01

Why now

Most early AI companies have more channels to try than time to try them. The useful skill is not knowing every channel — it is running small experiments quickly, reading the results honestly, and deciding what to test next. This session is built around that loop.

02

What we are exploring

  1. 01Paid ads — approaching paid acquisition and shaping your next ad experiment
  2. 02Press — press outreach and telling a story that gets attention
  3. 03Cold outreach — reaching potential customers and starting conversations
  4. 04Turning customer insight into campaigns, testing faster, and using results to pick the next test

FAQ

What should I bring?
Your laptop, and a product or campaign you want to work on. The workshop is a full hour on your own company's material; the goal is to leave with a clearer next experiment and practical steps to get it moving.
Who gets in?
It is a deliberately small room of early-stage founders and GTM or growth operators. Every registration is reviewed, and approved guests receive the exact address by email.
My plans changed — what should I do?
Seats are very limited, so please let us know early through Luma and we will pass your spot to someone on the waitlist.
Who is behind the session?
OpenStages hosts it. Unify and Hellyeah present it, and AWS supports it.
